MX5 BREAKFAST CLUB – GONG TO GLEDSWOOD RUN – 9 September 2012

Maybe you fancy breakky by the sea?
OR perhaps like me you enjoy a pre spring blast in your MX-5 with other like minded folk.

However you wish to justify it to yourself, why not join the MX-5 Breakfast Club’s Gong to Gledswood Run!

Meet 1: McDonald’s at Heathcote
Time: 6.30am for a 7am start
Meet 2: Panorama House, Bulli Tops
Time: Between 8am & 9am to start after breakfast at 9.00am
Meet 3: Macarthur Drive around the corner from Wilton Road before Wilton
Time: Between 9.10am & 9.20am & jump on the back – only stopping if we arrive before 9.20am.

DETAILS: Meet at Heathcote Maccas for a quick briefing then enjoy an early morning jaunt down the Princes Highway to Panorama House for breakfast. At 9am we will depart Bulli Tops and as the Pet Shop Boys once famously said “Go West” towards Appin. The run will take in the majestic Broughton Pass and meander through Wilton, Douglas Park Menangle, Cawdor, Grasmere and Cobbitty whilst paying our respects to the fallen Oran Park Raceway as we cruise by. We will arrive at Gledswood in time for the MX5 Show Us Your Bits N Bling & Boot Sale as well as the President’s Picnic (see posts in Club’s Events Calendar and the Forum for more information).

This run is perfect for City, Illawarra, Southern Highlands and Macarthur MX5ers and is the perfect lead in to all the MX-5 events at Gledswood Farm & Winery starting from 10.30am.

RSVP: Not required but you are asked to express you intention of joining the run by placing your name on the list that is posted in this thread.

I think the BreakFast Club will sit on the back of a sedate drive by Guran :shock:
