Just to make sure we go well off topic for Reggie, I buy Nerf stuff and bord games through them fairly often, never had a problem.
When was the last time you went around Wakefield?

Re: Reggie's MY07 NC
Had my fisrt track day in the NC at Wakefield.
its amazing how much quicker it is then my old NB
Didnt get any lap times, but had the GoPro setup in the car, ill have a look at the footage and get a rough time.
Got home last night and my Hawk HP+ pads were sitting on the doorstep...they are now installed and ready for next weekend
Pics to come

20/7
Wakefield Club Day
I went out with no expectations, having today being my first timed day since i got the car
First session managed a 1.14.99 was happy with that
as the sessions progressed the times came down
End of the day i was with a 1.13.90 i was stoked! I was only running KU31's on the day, I might have to order some star specs and give the boys a run with R specs on for their money

Probably would have done 1:12s if you'd been called to run in all your sessions!

Congrats Regie! It was great to see you at a club trackday (finally!). You obviously enjoyed it, judging by the big grin on your face all day!

Re: Reggie's MY07 NC
Fisrt Day of Spring....Automotive Parts Plus Open Day
And what a good way to kick off hte first day of a new season. After only 2 hours sleep, i somehow managed to drag myself out of bed, jump in a cab and head to the airport. After punching in some numbers this spat out.
it was official, i was off to Brisbane for the MX5+ Open Day.
A hour and a hlaf later i touched down, and my cheffeur was waiting for me (thanks Stuart!!!). A blast down the road has us at this huuuge building
I must say that Danny's factory/Business and car collection is absolutley sensational. It was a great pleasure to finially put some faces to names and meet a great bunch of people! There were some fantastic examples of MX5's coming and going all day.
The highlight of the day would have to be (apart from the free BBQ ) a spin in Danny's SC NC. I have now had a pretty good comparison against the HKS setup and the Cosworth. Although the cosworth setup site up high, it looks like it belongs there. The HKS charger sits down low, you really have to look hard to find it. Danny has engineered a piece of art in that engine bay!
First thing i noticed when the car was started was the noise, at idle you can head the SC whirring away through the air filter. You know something is under the hood compared to the Cosworth setup noice wise.
After a quick warm up, Danny gave it the beans, and man did this thing go! all the way to redline when the bypass valve opened and a massive woosh was heard. The power delivery felt a bit different to the Cossie setup, this felt more like a turbo, as Danny mentioned it creates no boost under idle and builds up as the revs increase. Looking forward to this setup being on sale soon!
Many thanks to Stu for the airport transfers (much better than a Taxi), Danny for putting the day on and the ride in the NC, Roger for offering me accomodation for when i head up there for a club track day. All all the rest of the Brissy crew for making this a fantastic day!
now for a photo dump
This strut bar sticker caught my eye on Rogers Mazdaspeed B-Spec
The best NA i have ever seen!
Stu's airport transfer transport for the day
Old school Japanese
A RX8 with a difference
A 6 Litre under the hood
Danny's machines
the factory! what a place to work!
Wheel porn?
