Seems there is finally a bolt on throttle body for the mx5.

they have one for the NA8 also. link above is for the NB8.

Wow! Looks like a nice piece but is it a solution looking for a problem except for the few people who are pushing those engine limits?

Too big for any N/A appliction, and bordering too big for most turbo applications. If it flows as it should at 64mm, it would be capable of 250rwkw+, anything under that in my experience would need a smaller throttle body,

the induction noise (once you've enlarged your plenum inlet) would sound *LOVELY* at WOT
