Whilst on this topic, have any of you played with Gopro or other recording gadgetry?

Planning on getting one but not sure which one. MX5 mania is selling a similar unit to the Gopro with easier to use functionality.

Kev, I use a standard definition JVC, and a workmate of mine uses a GoPro. Both of them work quite well, his obviously much clearer being HD.

Kev I have been using the GoproHD for couple years
I think the new GoproHD2 is better - i think the narrower FOV will be less distorted, and better sound with ability to fit ext mike
IDK if the ReplayXD is as good/better or not as good?
