Hi,
Need this info pretty urgently and haven't been able to find it from my quick searches on the web and through the service manual.
What is the seat belt and seat belt stalk (receiver) thread? I have a feeling it is m12 x 1.25 but i am not sure. These are the bolts that thread into the body.
If anyone knows - it would be greatly appreciated.

Dude,
The thread is a specific one; I don't know the exact details; but years ago when I was builiding a kit car I ran into this problem.
Your Main roads people would know for sure.
Are you looking to tap a thread? If so you will need to order the tap from a supplier; they are expensive and speacial order.

nah - i am chasing some eye bolts to thread into it for a harness.
Wouldn't have this issue if the harness had bolt on plates!

Your local race supplier should have these eye bolts with the correct thread. Revolution Racegear or equivalent. All the eye bolts I've ever had have been the correct seat belt thread.
