Small plastic plug/s - tempted to destroy them...
Hey Body/Paint/Trimmers - does anyone know the purpose of this little black plastic plug thingy? There's one each side of the boot on the hinge (NC Nov 08). Doesn't seem to have any reason to exist (IMHO) except maybe to add to the road noise behind the driver's ear!

it will have a purpose but I do not have an NC. It may perhaps be a bump stop. Open the boot and see if the purpose becomes apparent. What connection it might have to road noise escapes me.
