I do not know anything about crystal clear- who makes them or whether they have any cred. I can tell you the Xtreme Philips or Osram equivalent bulbs do not give 100% more light and that more heat means much lower life. 60/55 ie standard OE wattage does the job provided the inserts are in good condition and there are not other shortcomings in the vehicle. Bursons carry or can readily obtain Philips products ie the light source. PS if the original lights are say 15-20 years old any new light is likely to be an improvement.

thanks for all the suggestions guys. Seems the cheaper sets arnt really worth the effort over the OEM ones. Might just try and clean mine up a bit, they've gone a little yellow from the sun. Is there any way to protect the lenses from going yellow again, if i just do the usual light sanding to get rid of the yellowness?
