Re: NitroDann's Long Awaited Garage Thread
I hate to see the waste of a good little car, I bet it was a cracker to drive, police inspected as well.
RIP - But it is great to see you are not crying about it and have plans for moving on with the next one. If this happened to me I would like to think I could suck it up and say to my girlfriend, it's just a car, it can be replaced.

Let me know what measurement you need, I have the std SE turbo set up etc sitting in my shed, and I ma pretty sure it still has the EGR pipe attached to the exhaust manifold.
NA8 - BP4W IHI VJ35, 3.9 Torsen2, Adaptronic - SOLD
NB8A - mostly stock for now

Re: NitroDann's Long Awaited Garage Thread
If you look back a page you will see a freshly completed turbo manifold, Its for putting a T28 on an SE.
Ill use THAT cars original manifold if need be, but we are hearing that the EGR is in a different spot again.
Im sure Ill need measurements from an N/A NB.
Thanks though geofiz.

Looks badass, I hope he leaves it that colour, crinkle red would just be wanky and hideous.

If you can wait a week or two, I could make a trip to Newcastle in Apu and hand you my turbo bits...but I'd rather bring the Type R along as I want you to look at doing a few things.

Jeez, nice car. So much work and effort put in. The best type imo.

Re: NitroDann's Long Awaited Garage Thread

There it is all mounted. As you can see, its A/C and P/S friendly as well as being very low mount and fully tucked in. Just a couple of millimetres of clearance from turbo to block.
