Running new ACC wiring?

Hey all, I started a thread before about my cd player constantly being on, but iv come across another problem, theres alot of cut wires under my dash, theres a black/yellow,brown wire thats been cut that connects to the fuse box, so i have a feeling that could be the reason its always on, but on the other hand it wouldnt solve problem since somewhere the original acc wire is connected to the constant 12v batt wire.

Is it possible to run new acc wiring?

I'd just connect the yellow headunit wire to the positive side of the cigarette lighter. So when your ignition is on the headunit will power.
