Not an overly exciting video.
Really concerned why people would just stand and stare going "oh sh*t, oh sh*t" .... especially the person whom I assume can only be a safety marshall in the high-vis vest :roll:

Yep. And it is part of the rules for that particular rally that if you see a car off the road, you MUST stop in order to help them and also to warn other drivers.
