Sorry to hear, hate to say it but windows prevent people throwing stuff in your car. If it was intentional it would have still occured though.

Are you talking the addition of fire and theft only onto a policy, or insurance generally? Hope you've at least got third party property otherwise things could turn out real bad one day.

It had 3rd party.

As for salvage rights, sure but it still costs too much to add that to the policy for me.

PM me if you want to know what it will cost me to rebuild it, its very bloody cheap.

As for the bonnet, yep it melted, the cam gears I took off when I was inspecting all the damage.

Basically the body and ecu and COPS are stuffed, the rest is fine.

HJT, its a car, if you want to burn it it will burn.

Sorry for your loss buddy, like you said, if "they" wanted damage it would come.

Looking forward to following the rebuild.

It still makes me sad looking at this. :( But we all have an even better car to look forward to now.

By the way, Dann, if you're in need of a tool bitch at all I'm happy to come over and help out whenever I'm not working.

Fwuck, sad to see, buddy :x

I am sure it won't stop the Dannster, though.

Security would be an implication for customers' cars.

My car lives outside for any duration that other cars are here.

Its place was taken by another car at the time. one of my cars, but none the less.
