I was there from about 2:30 till about 4. I guess I should have stuck around! I think everyone else got caught up with mothers' day duties.

Hopefully when I get back from the emirates at the end of June I'll get a chance to bring it out to a meet - Is there still a Hunter/Newcastle chapter that does other things, or is this meet-up basically it?

I can't wait to get the car out and meet up with more like minded owners again!

There is still a Hunter chapter of the club, yeah. They have a monthly dinner meeting and they do a run most months too. Info is on the club's events page.

Anyone know about the local mx5 that caught fire?

Was talking to a bunch of car guys last night who mentioned a Newcastle MX5 getting burnt up pretty bad?

When I said it wasn't anyone I knew of they didn't really expand on the story too much - I got the impression it wasn't driving at the time though.

Hopefully no one here.

New month, time for a thread bump.

I've finally got the GT back on the road (and now the rear suspension doesn't scare the poop out of me when I get on and off the throttle) so I will probably bring that along. It would also be good to meet some of the newer members of the forum.
So, who's keen?
