I use HKS 5W30 in my NB8A - used for Club Track Days - 'Racing Pro 100% synthetic'
Maybe a little more expensive, but .........

Re: What oil do you use?
Get the right grade oil for what's on sale. It isn't particularly rocket science but these engines aren't fussy usually. For an old engine like ours I'd recommend 10w40 for a daily driver. From there its up to you...

Could try reading the other 50+ threads asking the same question!
They all come to the same conclusion!

What oil do you use?
New tyres and new oils come out all the time, just because it's been discussed once shouldn't mean it can't be discussed again
With two laps to go then the action will begin, unless this is the action, which it is.

There are over 8,000 posts which contain the phrase, 'which oil' on this forum alone.

Agree
However it is more beneficial to continue a discussion in a previous thread than to start another one!
Also shows that the OP has taken the effort to search and read what has already been posted.

Re: What oil do you use?
Nothing wrong with 15w. Thicker is better than thinner generally. I'd put 20w50 in an older MX5 if the oil was the right price.

I know what I'm about to say might go against everybody's ideals....but....
have you thought about reading the manual? It's written in there, in fact I think there's a whole page devoted to what oil to use.
