Yes indeed...but anyone who took a serious look would see that it was just not possible.
It wasn't rigidly fixed.

Looking at the carbing brace on your NC you will see that it rigidly attaches to the firewall and towers then rigidly crosses between the towers.

Regie, I'm not expecting to feel any difference in braking till I get on the track when I expect that the flex I can see under the bonnet when 'dear' pushes firmly on the brake pedal is stopped by the stopper.
I have noticed a real difference in brake feel just by replacing the brake hoses with SS ones.

Around town probably not but I don't brake hard enough to warrant it. On the track ? I had other issues on my last outing but there was little or no "pulsing" and I run pretty aggro pads. There are aftermarket master cylinder stoppers but to be honest I probably wouldn't haven't bothered buying one if my brace didn't come with one, but it did so that's cool.

A front brace bar is not going to give you faster lap times like R-Specs but will make the car feel more confident, settled and secure.

The rear ? Let me play some more ! If I can't make it fit you can have it at my cost with no cartage ;-) It's VERY bling too.....

That's an option on the Carbing, comes with a pack of zip ties and a long sleeved t-shirt so you don't scratch the brace. Great value at AU$120 ! :lol:
