Well.. And this is just from memory, the laser throttle body has a 5mm smaller throttle plate/bore, and a differently shaped throttle shaft.

VL TPS doesn't fit the Familia B6t throttle body properly, as the shaft is too long.

I might get a VL throttle body, apparently the stock TB is 50mm, while the VL is 55mm, and should bolt straight on.
