Can you fit 15 X 7 +10 on a NA??

Postby Boyracer » Mon May 07, 2012 6:09 pm

I have a set I bough for a NB race car but sold it so want to see if these will fit on my NA roadie, they don't have tyres on them, should I buy tyres or not bother.

They'll stick out 54mm more than the Stock daisys (Assuming daisys are 14x5.5 +45)
A 195 tyre will sit fairly square on a 7, a 205 will add about 5mm to that.

Head outside and measure to check, but my thought would be that it wouldn't fit without other work needing to be done to the car (ie: Rolled guards, more negative camber)

It depends of your definition of "fit"

Personally, I consider a wheel to fit if you can simply bolt it onto a stock car without any further work needed.

Others say it will fit, if you do X, Y, and Z to the car (hence why some say a 15x8+0 fits)

You'll need an aggressive roll and pull on the guards to fit those, plus some serious neg.

Edit: Beat me to it.

At stock height it will stick out a little or need a decent amount of camber. Might need to go a slightly narrower tyre than you would otherwise.
If you're lower it's anyone's guess.

I just fitted 16 x 8 +10's (Rota RB-X) all round on my NA, roll and pull is required.

195x45's at front and 215x40's at the rear makes the overall diameter pretty much the same.

So I think that 15 x 7 +10's will be okay.

Do it... gives the car a tuff look.

You will just need to roll the guards, you won't have to pull anything unless you're running very wide tyres.

Those last 2 comments made me very happy... Will just fit 195 Tyres and do the neg camber and guard rolling thing...

Will start a garage page on this car soon doing some different stuff.

Thanks all.

So I have now bought us a 10AE and the NA8 is gone... How will 15x 7 +10 fit on the NB?

I fit 15x8 with +3 offset under my nb with rolled guards and 195 tyres. Anything can fit with enough work and settings applied!

I just went to 15 x8 with 195's.

Car looks so tough. I love it. Guard work is booked in.

I wasn't sure about this but seeing them on just gives me the biggest woody :)

This is a pic with the new wheels and no other changes.

Can't wait til the guards are flared. Loving the look and comfort of a 15 inch rim... :)
