New clutch and flywheel arrived yesterday. Booked in to Carco to have it fitted next week.

Heh. They're both there for the looks, no arguments there.

Both went on before I first went to the track.

Tee hee. Got my photos from John during the week, had a once over them and said something to the effect of I'll get back to that. I got back them today.

Lots of top photos but I particularly liked this sequence. On the first run through I saw the first photo and then spent a good minute or so trying to figure out where it was, all the while thinking to myself that I'd stuffed that up. Saw the second photo and immediately giggled to myself, knowing exactly when it happened. Someone came off in front of me just before the fish-hook so I slowed down and Ian Vickers caught me. We came round the fish-hook and tromped it again. Coming into the last corner I was half watching Ian behind me, looked up and realised I'd missed my breaking point, jammed on the breaks, started to turn in and immediately knew I was going off. I drove it off nice and controlled, pulled up and looked back to find a spot to re-enter the track. I think the sequence of photos then gives a pretty good account of what happened :)

Got a Recaro Profi sitting in the garage. Goes in this week.

I’m not that tall really, 175ish. Problem is relatively short legs for my height so I sit closer than I otherwise should.

Clutch + lightened flywheel in.
New roof in. Holy moly Batman, but is a brand new window clean.
Seat in. Will have to play with the mounts to get it just right, but it's tight.
