I'm back from Mania.
Car made 100RKW.
Temperature was about 18 Degrees.
Tuned on 98.

Torque figures are obviously retarded.

Pretty happy with the feel of the car, quite punchy, back wheels are spinning a lot more than before, which is something to get used to. Really keen for June now, that is the date set for IRTBs/injectors/4.1(3) diff.

:D
Don't apologise man, I was the one that left. I had an ~8 hour drive ahead of me back home and just wanted to get it done.(Also I'd been on the train for like 2 hours already, lol.)
Was pretty annoyed at myself for not checking out your SP more, I thought it was fantastic, and confirmed that I really need canards, lol. First SP I've ever seen, too :P
I'll be back down at mania in June after a rally driving experience to have some IRTB's installed and some bigger brakes. :D Maybe I'll see you then!

If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.

So the IRTB kit is going to have to wait as I just lost my job due to the shop shutting down with one day notice from head office.

Got another job lined up but it really threw a spanner in the works.

I decided to do some cheap mods.

I cut my bumper, thought it looked good on other cars, personal tastes of course, so I went ahead and did it. Personally, I like it alot.
I sort of followed the bottom curve of the bumper through, so it is actually (intentionally) dips down in the middle. - That may not be staying, but for the moment, I like it.
Please note The drivers side baby-tooth has been removed since this picture

I might not have had much money to spare, but when these came up cheap on the forums, I had to bite!

They are on the car atm, quality piece of gear, easy as to install.

Pictures of them on the car to come (somehow I didn't take a picture yet... what?)

Loving the rear bumper - seen this on clubroadster. How did you mark it out and cut it? Was it difficult?

I used a dremel with a cutting tool. Some reccomend a jigsaw or a larger saw, but I opted for a dremel because it is easier to control. Overall, it was a pretty easy mod, 90% preparation making sure the cut was going to be even on both sides.

I removed the rear bumper, marked out with a whiteboard marker roughly where I wanted to go.

Then on one side with masking tape I followed the lines I made, when I was happy with the result,I measured it from reference points on the bumper and taped the other side to make sure it was even on both sides.
I basically tried to cut with a nod to the lines molded into the bumper.

Afterwards, I used a sanding/grinding tool to smooth the edges.

I'm probably going to do a more aggressive cut in a few weeks.
