But you're assuming that this guy has done it purely for the purpose of what other people will think of him. We like certain cars for our own benefit, not for the "people will think I'm cool" factor. Who's to say that this guy isn't the same?

At the end of the day the guy has bought his car and has the right to do whatever he wants to it regardless of what anyone thinks.
But other people also have the right to think the guys a wanker for doing it, if they feel so inclined.

Its nothing to do with hating the guy, as long as he is happy thats all that matters and he and everyone else shouldn't care if people think he's a wanker as he is doing it for his own satisfaction.
If i decide to paint my car pink and put purple pompoms all over it, I can guarantee I would be called a wanker, but if I did it because I liked it, I wouldn't care what people thought.

Opinions are like noses.....everybody has one and were intitled to it unless of course Australia has become a communist country while I wasn't watching :)

For the record I think the guys a tosser, but hey I'm not going to loose any sleep over it, and either should anyone else over my opinion.
cheers

Hahaha! "Could we get someone lighter to drive it?"

So the lesson here is - have your very low car, but just lay off the Doritos.

I raised my car cause I got fat. No really I had it slammed on some nice deep dish rims, my car was horrid to drive, got stuck in Westfields and uni but looked beautiful. I raised it to make it more practical.

Either way I loved and enjoyed both experiences_
