Does Anyone Know What Brand of Rear Vision Mirror These Are?
Hi All - I just wondered if anyone knows what brand of mirror these are? They look to be stainless - are they ? I've googled mirrors for hours on my painfully slow computer and can't find this particular model... Cheers Derek

Look like runabout or knock off

Most are aluminium rather than stainless.
Anyway there is:
Runabout - should have Runabout logo stamped on the mirror cup.
M2 Incorporated - Very rare, only came on the M2 limited roadsters in Japan. Rubber gasket, I think had M2 stamped on the underside of the mounting plate. (runabout bought the casts/moulds after M2 closed IIRC)
Zoom Eng - still available new, available in carbon fibre.
And there are also a million different other brands that have made similar, the ones above are the main ones that did sets specifically for the MX5, there's another company doing some, but unfortunately they don't mark their product so I have no idea who makes them.
End result, best bet in finding a set is to look on Yahoo Japan.

I'll put my hand up. I have these on my mx atm.
I have no clue what brand they are, and there is no stamp of brand or any markings to identify them.
But they definitely are aluminum (there not magnetic either). Ive polished them and turn out great

M2 Runabouts made by RS Products in Japan. I have a set on my car, they are stainless.
