Have had the same problems for a couple of years. It's been parked outside for 10yrs now (don't know if parked out/indoors for the 3yrs the previous owner had it (1999 model)

Checked the drains, they're fine. Assuming the soft top has shrunk as adjusted screw thingy to max.

Thought I was real smart by adding some chocks (bits of timber) in the latch grab recess (hook). Worked a gem for couple of mths, stopped a lot of wind noise (didn't rain to check). But now it's stretched even more.

Was doing 120Kms of M3 right on the Mooney Mooney Bridge & the roof blew open. Went 3/4 of the way down & ripped the crap outa it. Got a surprise. Needed a new top anyway!
