MX5 CLUB SPINNING WHEEL ALIGNMENT & TECH DAY
SPINNING WHEEL ALIGNMENT & TECH DAY
Venue: Spinning Wheel, corner Bourke & McEvoy Streets, Waterloo
Date: Saturday, 10 March 2012
Alignment Times: At your allocated time between 7.30am & 1.00pm
MX-5 Set Up Forum: TBA between 1.00 & 2.00 pm at Spinning Wheel following lunch.
Organiser: Victor Lee (BadBong) - Until 15 February, all queries should be directed to Michael Soulos (Midori) 0413 11 33 99, email: michael@soulos.com.au
Ever wondered where to find the railway tracks that MX-5s are supposed to use when going around corners?
The secret lies in the wheel alignment and suspension set up of your car (and the hands that hold the steering wheel).
Whether you are a new owner or a long term driver of an MX-5, here is a chance to have Spinning Wheel align your wheels and provide expert advice on your cars suspension and tyres.
The day will begin with a 'group service' of wheel alignments on our 5s for those who have made their bookings prior to the day, starting from 7:30am to 1:00pm. We'll order some pizzas for lunch for those who are interested at around noon. This will be followed by an open forum headed by Spinning Wheel specialists to discuss NA, NB & NC tyres, wheels, set ups and after market options to best suit your MX-5 and driving preferences.
The Club is negotiating a special discounted alignment costs and additional tuning packages with Spinning Wheel and more info will will be available from mid-Feb. Further instructions on booking procedures will also be published then.
For the time being, please put your name on the EOI list below to help us coordinate the numbers:

Love the praise but the kudos goes to Victor as his band of merry men . Victor is in India on best man duties for a good friend and I am getting the show on the road and tying up the details with Spinning Wheel due to Victor absence .
I will get details as to registering and costs posted in "More Info" on the Club's Events Calendar this weekend. The link to the webpage is http://www.mx5.com.au/nsw/

Re: MX5 CLUB SPINNING WHEEL ALIGNMENT & TECH DAY
Think I might have to join the MX5 club? Does this count for associate members? The AW11 needs one just so I know where it is at. Maybe do the track spyder too?
Dont mind being there at 7.30.

Re: MX5 CLUB SPINNING WHEEL ALIGNMENT & TECH DAY
Sure, you don't need to own an MX-5 to be a member of the MX-5 Club of NSW. That's what "associate membership" is for. The only thing you miss out on is voting rights. We have dozens of associate members ... one more would be very welcome. Even if you drive an MR2!
