NB doortrims on an NA?

As stated in the title, I am wondering if a NV door trim will it on an NA door. While I am at it, are there many interior parts that are interchangable with minimal modifications?

Wonder if you can do the reverse of this and do NA in to an NB. I dont like the intrusive grab handles in my NB and would prefer the flat NA door trims with just a webbing loop as a door handle.
