No, didn't see the Clubman, although got there about 11am & left at about 4pm, so may be you arrived & departed between these times. Also, as I departed I looked to the right to check out the parked dark coloured NC, which might have distracted me from the Clubman if it was still parked to the left.

I hate having the top down in summer.
Mine generally only comes off at night, or when it's not too sunny.
Stuff getting baked in the sun, skin cancer et al.

Yeah, 12.30 till 2.30ish, 1.5 hr trip back home from there.

An MX5 is more than just a convertable, I,ve never dríven mine with the roof down and got a hard top as soon as one became
available. I wish Mazda had made a serious production hardtop, I would have got one of those instead. More to the point
why would you have an MX5 if you didn't drive it around corners so fast that your spine hurts.
Oh yeah, saw a nice NA leaving the car show at Mornington, white, black roof & wheels, dude with wild hair driving.

They did.
Based on the NB, a coupe was made, JDM.

Gorgeous looking car too in my opinion

SERIOUS prod, not a limited build (and tacky looking IMO) fastback thing.

One FS in Japan might have been the NA Coupe (as opposed to the NB Coupe) - also few in number - less than the NB from memory.

Hey Paul, No it was an NB, can't remember where I saw it, remember it was approx 35-40,000 aus $, you'd really have to have wanted it.
I've seen pics of a (I think) factory built yellow NA which looked quite good but I'm sure i've seen a pic of a standard NA that had the hardtop integrated
into the body work and that looked really good (sort of like an Elan coupe)

Yeah, that factory NA Coupe in yellow looks good, & the otherwise standard NA with the hardtop integrated into the body rings a bell.

^ That would be Stu.
Also, just about every morning I see a Red NA (cant see driver, car stock) heading down Alma Road, St Kilda.
I also often see a White NA (lady driver) with a rollbar, and a silver sunshade attached to the visors heading down as well.
