hey mate nar i didnt. gave up on them.

Update:
So with the help of a mate, i got the garage vary lip straightened. I really need to see the car with a lip and the canards to make my judgment on it. So he fixed that up for me yesterday and i went and picked it up today.

Got home , installed the lip and the garage vary extra large canards.. pics speak for themselves.

Haha cheers dude :) not gonna be as low as it was before. That was fun and all but yeah not really what I want now.

The way I see it is it still looks good, and will function better so it's a good compromise :) but the front will get lowered to the rear height when the motor goes in :)

Awesome, I was wondering why you had so much clearance when you had flares, but with few ass shots since you put it back together I didn't notice the reduced clearance at the back. Still, looks mint, any plans as far as intakes go?

As far as intake go, i wont be using the turn signals things.. So that gap there is gonna feed the turbo :)

Update

So the car went back to the paint shop yesterday to get the engine bay redone and the rear garnish panel painted. Also today dropped off my block to get the machining etc done to it. Such a relief that im finally starting the engine work I should get the block back next week sometime and then its off to be put together

Driving this car again in February. CANNOT WAIT.

To do list once car and motor is back:

- Build motor
- assemble car lol
- get turbo lines made
- Insert motor into the car finally.
- fix fuel lines
- weld in cat
- finish intercooler piping.

Thats about all i need to get it going. Once the motor is it it should go past quick

Haha I will I guarantee it :) will be so good to drive it again.

In other news I've sorted out the fuel lines so that's off the list. Also have organized anything that needs to be welded.

Gonna go down to automotive plus sometime this week to get a few parts needed to get it running :)

Funny enough, after all your awesome mods Charlie I noticed your wheel nuts the most. The gold on silver rim looks great, I'm glad its all coming together for you now.

Did the engine bay respray look good?
