Dann are you sure you aren't thinking of the E6A? E6K has HalwinX.
Even the E6A has RPM vs MAP so you can get decent economy, it's just more time consuming to tune. The E6A had trouble controlling the IAC but I think this is fixed in the E6K.
Matt Spry has tuned heaps of these if you get stuck choosing a tuner.

Yeah, you can use HalwinX on 32bit.
I have been playing around with the dos stuff on my computer though as it is 64bit and halwinx wont install.
Thinking of switching it to sequential injection.... .... ... ... . . .
though I haven't really suss'd it out yet.
