Recommended workshops in Melbourne for a wheel alignment?

Postby JG » Tue Dec 13, 2011 12:32 am

Can anyone recommend any good tyre outlets or suspension places in Melbourne to carry out a wheel alignment?

Bonus points if they're around the Nunawading area!

I've found Wide Tread in Ferntree Gulley to be great.

They're happy to use whatever specs you supply, and do a fine job.

Second Widetread in Ferntree Gully. They have a branch in Lillydale too, but I haven't used them.

We used to get all FTG Nissan wheel alignments done at Widetread and I've used them ever since.

$79 for my last alignment 2 weeks ago, using my own specs.

Probably not convenient enough, but Ray at Reservoir Tyrepower has a great rep: http://www.tyrepower.com.au/dealer_deta ... D=80000079

Computalign ( Nunawading) 27 Metropolitan Ave 9878 2666. You will need to either give them a spec or you discuss what is the default.
