Seriously thinking whether I should take a 20mine detour to Rob's place to get good cuppa coffee before the drive...

Have you stopped watching TV. McDonald's advertise that they are an award winning barista Is Heathcote a problem. Is it that you just like Colombian Gold from a real cafe and an extra 40 minute drive listening to your turbo in the still morning air.

"Am I welcome in an Ford XR5 Turbo??? "
Not sure , who are you??? We will have to have a poll , then a sub committee meeting , a report to the MX5 Breakfast Committee. A 3 month waiting period . ohh several fees on the way. LOL
No it will be great to see you again and are you going to bring your lovely partner.

Everything is go other than Peter Carpenter has had to withdraw. Someone will lead stage 2 and unless you put your hand up and know the road then that will have to be me or my nominee.
A test run by Peter last weekend indicates that we should not delay at Wilton to give us at least 15 minutes at the Robertson Pie Shop.
I have requested that the 'More Info " posting on the Club's Event Calendar be changed in so far as it relates to the meeting times at Wilton that should now read " Between 7.45 & 8.00am & jump on the back as we pass by no waiting unless we arrive before 7.45am".
Whether or not it is on the Events Calendar, if you wish to join up at Wilton then be there by 7.45am as we will leave Wilton at that time if we arrive early and drive straight through if we reach Wilton after 7.45am by my watch.

I'll almost certainly be at Wilton early, so just charge on through and pick me up.
I know the roads around there relatively well, but will have to take another look at the route you had proposed to take... but if you really need someone to lead I can do it.
Let me know.

OK Midori, I just took another look at the Route you had proposed to take, I know those roads really well. I can lead if you want but up to you.
Do I read it right that we are taking the Hume from the Picton overpass down to the Bargo exit? Shame we don't have more time, there are some awesome back roads to get you from Wilton to Bargo...
FYI everyone, Range Road is a narrow and hair-raising stretch of road for those unfamiliar with it - i'll be taking it fairly easy through there and suggest you do too! That's not to say you won't enjoy yourself

Zozzy1 is a local and gets the gig for section 2 through his own backyard from Wilton.
