Setting idle/timing link ?

Could someone please post the link on setting timing and idle and bridging for an NA6 I can't find it , I just got my car back this morning after timing belt/ water pump jobby and the idles too high so London to a brick the timings out as well, $1200 bucks on the job and they can't even be bothered to check/set the frakin idle jeeeeez zus H kryst.

I know it's on the site a gazillion times I just can't hook it.

If in doubt. Search using Miata.
