Won't be a problem because you need to compress the springs to fit them. The FCM bumpstops don't change anything on spring fitment.
I just fitted FCM 45 front and 58 rear to my Tein Flex on the NC and they work far better than the original Tein stops. But this is an entirely different setup to what you are doing.

Don't know if they are HD though.
I have old clubman bilstiens with FMC bump stops on lowered (40mm) Pedders progresive rate springs on my NA8 and its a great street/track setup, PM me if you'd like to test drive.
