it was.. cos i didnt think i was gonna use it for ages and it wasnt wise having two turbo setups.. but then my motor blew. so out with the old in with the new

So heres where the worlds biggest money pit is up to now.. Cant do much cos i just broke my wrist but hopefully i can remove a lot of wiring and stuff before the week end.
need to get the front on stands, take off the whole front end as well.

oh and if anyone on here wants to help that would be greatly appreciated. I still need to finish stripping engine bay for paint and remove all control arms and diff.
Its quite difficult with one hand :(

gonna be just as much fun scrubbing that engine bay!

great progress so far...really looking forward to seeing final results. I wanna do a wiretuck but I don't think I'm anywhere near familiar enough with what wires go where :(

well that harness i took out. i dont need that for my car to run.
all i need from it is lights, indicators and thermos. So the rest will get tucked away/cut away and those wires extended to run along the chassis most likely

I did a wire tuck on my red na6, it's a lot easier than people anticipate as long as you make a hole to run the wires back thru further down the front guards. Nice progress Charlie! keep at it, even though your slow :P

lol who u callin slow ? :P i picked up my block and head today.. one problem.. i cant get it out of my car lol
So hopefully on saturday i can get a couple of mates to help do the rest of the bay and move the motor into the garage :)
