remove fuel hoses help

I am trying to remove the fuel hoses coming off the fuel rails into the two metal fuel lines on the driver side. i have tried everything but the hoses won't barge. and yes i have remove the hose clamps.

I found using a pair of short nosed oliars and a piece of towel in between ao i lessen the chance of cutting into them then in a twisting fashion back amd forth to break the seal.
Then push them off, not pull
