NC header removal help

Can someone please explain, with pictures preferably ;), how one removes a header from an NC? I'm assuming the steering arm has to be moved? I have a full Racing Beat system ready to go on, old muffler and mid pipe are off, header is off, O2 sensors are disconnected but I cannot get the bugger out and I've never played with steering bits... Help

The alternator needs to go, still, so much harder to work on than the old red motor in my LH Torana
