Re: Advice on adding a Turbo to my NA 1.8
Thanks guys, at this stage I think I may stear clear of the turbo route. I really dont have any mechanical knowledge and dont want to be running to the mechanic every 5 minutes with little problems. I may look at it in the future when my engine comes to the end of its life and do a transplant.
I think for now it is swaybars, maybe stickier tyres if someone will buy my R888's (see for sale section) and some more driver training.
I know my car is capable of a lot more as my boyfriend has dríven it on the track and is a few seconds faster than me, although he is a brilliant driver.
Cheers again!

Re: Advice on adding a Turbo to my NA 1.8
I think if I had yr car I would first go babycharger (greddy, hks). Simple and reliable (important do yr research) runs stock ecu.
Then when I got used to the power I would add PNP and intercooler, boost guage, injectors perhaps.
Then after that I would sell and buy an SP.
Sounds like a lot of cheap fun.

Not easy, might be fun though. Give your boyfriend a run for his money
