I have a set of NB bilsteins in my NA and I saw as what looks to be adjustable ride height sleeves..
where would I be able to find these things?

You can get those exact adjustable sleeves from Fatcat Motorsports I believe.
He'll also make you a whole set of coilovers like in that photo if you like. A quite highly regarded outfit, the bumpstops he has are also recommended.
Out of curiosity, I'm keen to know which NB Bilstein shocks you have on your car, and which springs?

I have the NB8A Bilstein shocks and springs. Reason I'm liking these sleeves is because the NB springs raises the car by approx. 1inch, and I'm wanting to lower my car, and these would be quite fancy if I could adjust the ride height.
