Thought you might be interested in latest developments.
Adam has managed to destroy his brand new Cosworth built engine after the crank pulley departed the vehicle.
Might be a few lessons for NC players here.
Engine is totally destroyed as evident in the pics.

Sorry to hear of your further problems, you seem to be something of a lightning rod for these ...
Adam, I have had a look at the photos you posted of the tear-down of the CW after ingesting (IIRC) a bolt. It didn't look too bad to me, at least in the photos. Did I miss something?
It was also interesting to see how the drive has been engineered to decouple the rotors from any bending effects from the belt tension, lessons learnt from the Autorotor days perhaps. Good photos, thanks for posting.

Decoupling is achieved by the shaft of the drive extension driving the rotors by 3 pegs in the drive gears.
