first up i'm going to state that I am very inexperienced with car audio equipment.
That said, I just curious as to what the cause might be for the speakers in my NC to be buzzing.
Let me make a feeble attempt at explaining myself. Its not a continuous buzz, eg like bad static, its only in the bass end of things
It started out as just sounding like the drivers door main speaker buzzing when a bass tone was coming through. even when male radio announcers would speak, the sound would buzz.
So i set the balance all the way to the left which stopped the drivers door speaker buzzing obvioulsy cause there was no sound coming through it, but now the speakers on the left hand side of the car, and possibly the speaker in the centre of the dash, are 'buzzing' during bass aswell.
I'm curious as to know if this would be a speaker issue or a head unit issue?
I'm trying to educate myself a little before I walk into a car audio repairer and get ripped off.
Any insight much appreciated.
Cheers.

Re: NC - Speaker buzz
might sound weird & out there mate............but get your plug leads checked, they could be breaking down, usually the first sign is a buzzing or interference noise from your speakers when the radio is on.....
Don't worry about what people think, they don't do it very often
