Mania Stage I kit for SE. Looking to go for a ride

Hi Everyone,

I recently picked up my SE and i'm now considering the Mania Stage I kit. Before I buy it I would like to hear what the car sounds like. Is there anyone in NW Sydney with the SE stage I kit that would be happy to take me for a spin in their car? I just want to see if I can live with the extra exhaust and intake noise.

G'day Jason, if you haven't already done so get in touch with your local MX-5 club, chances are someone there will have the stage 1 kit and you could catch up at a club event.

Hey Jason,

The exhaust is quite mild and very unintrusive when cruising, you will definetly notice some induction noise and turbo spool up coming from the pod filter aswell as some extra blow off sound, more of all depending on your revs and mood. You definetly wont regret the extra go!!
