SEEKING NEW PASSENGER (LEFT) REAR QUARTER PANEL

Postby MXPhoebs » Sat Apr 16, 2011 7:36 am

Hi everyone,

NEED A NEW OR USED REAR QUARTER PANEL!

I have a 91' Eunos Roadster NA.

Was on my way to work when some f^%^ing idiot ran into me when I was already more than 60% into corner.

Luckily because my car was so low her car only took out my door and some of rear quarter panel, and missed the sill and door surroundings.

I've got a new door with the great help from MX5 Mania, however i'm after a new rear quarter panel (preferably cheaper than 600 or so)

Have found ones on ebay n USA, but postage is too steep.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks :NC:

Take it to a body shop - they will be able to source panels and give you a quote. People like the MX5 factory do this work all the time- maybe useful for panel info but being in Melb not a proposition for you to get it done. The work you require is not going to be cheap - my ball park guess $1K? If it was not your fault doesn't the other driver pay?

Already got a quote from a few shops I know, for about 1500-2000, excluding the panel (which I want to source). They're not as easy to get as other more common cars..
