Car Door - Do I Have To Replace?

Here's the damage. I know the fender is irrepairable, but I'm just wondering if the door can be hammered out and/or putty-ed. If so, what should I do?

you can fill anything.... But a clean second hand door will give you much better panel finish overall. White is the cheapest cars to paint.. Check prices with MX5 plus for your panels. In Qld but price is good.
