Far better to have them at 46 and properly seat the bead than spend the next few months chasing a slow leak.
Only thin missing is the advice "You'll need to adjust the tyre pressures after a few km of driving"

I think I run mine around 32psi cold, 34 when i'm doing motorsport.
If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.
