Platinum / Iridium - doesn't matter much.
Try the NGK BKR7E-11 (or equivalent platinum/iridium plug). Should be gapped OK but check to make sure - 1.1mm or so.

Oh, I forgot to mention that these are the "Laser Platinum" ones (I'm guessing the "P" infront of the name is for Platinum).
These are a bit on the expensive side (cheapest I found were $80 for a set of four). I used them on another car which has a top-mount intercooler, and thus a spark-plug change takes 20mins instead of 5, so I wanted something with a longer service life.
Might be a bit overkill for your application.

I run a bit hotter, NGK, B9EGV from memory... Gapped at .9.
They are great plugs, just be sure you get the V model, at about $4 a pop, you can replace them every time you do the oil and still be well ahead of iridiums etc.

When results speak for themselves - don't interrupt.
