I'd just like to say I do the Mt Nebo drive once or more a week and it's gotten quite dangerous up there. Falling rocks and landslides have caused some of the road to be one way and the machinery they are using to clear and fix it require the road to be cut off for quite some time (I was there early morning). There are also more and larger pot holes than I can remember aswell.

Thanks

~Chris

A friend of a good friend flipped his VW two nights ago on Nebo due to hitting a new landslide. Apparently only doing the speed limit also (80km area). I might stay away for a while!

BTW, anything happening this upcoming first Friday of the month?

Hmmm.... I'm assuming if landslides are a factor then Springbrook is the same?
What about going for a cruise to some picturesque location/s for some artsy-fartsy night photos.

I went as far as Jolly's look out yesterday and there are still a few killer pot holes up even just that far. I belted one because there was a car coming the other way just as I got to the hole (couldn't see it sooner) and it took up a good half of the lane. The wheels survived, but not sure the alignment did...

I don't know many picturesque night places, Kangaroo Point?
We can pick a few spots and have a cruise around. Ideas?

Is anyone familiar with the end of Malcolm or Quay st Bulimba?
Maybe Captain Burke Park under the Story bridge or Roma Street Parklands.
Old Cleveland Light house..........?

I can't say I know how busy they might be on Friday evening.
