So I've been toying with buying some Wilwood bigger brake kit. (Yes I know they are overkill).
But after checking the pdf, I realized that the space between the wheel mount surface and the back or the spokes is 19mm. The pdf says I need 20.6mm. Wheels are 15x7 +36 949 Racing 6ULs.
So what options do I have:-
1. 3mm Spacers? I sense evil! Will need longer studs, so more $$$ spent.
2. Different rims with more space behind the spokes?
3. Give up on bigger brakes.
4. Other suggestions?

Never mind. Just found this...
To reduce weight and retain a slightly wider lip, we eliminated brake clearance for the 11" Wilwood brake conversions. OEM 02-05 Mazda Miata Sport Brakes fit fine.
