Go to User Control Panel » Board preferences » Edit global settings "Summer Time/DST is in effect:" and change that to "No".
If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.

That's nothing to do with my programming skills, that's basic support droid work, usually when something doesn't with a computer the root cause is; properties extensions options preferences LAN electricity :?
