Hi all,
I'm having troubles with my drivers side power window motor, it keeps chewing up my cables?
Recently a cable snapped, so i purchased new ones from mania along with the plastic drum/ spool, however, once installed, my power window motor, starts to chew them up, the motor works fine, however, for some reason (no matter which way i put the cables in) they come back all bent and frayed, i've tried greasing them up, putting them in alternatively and so forth, but each out come is the same once the motor is connected up again?
If anyone has any thoughts on how i can fix the problem or what it could be, that would be great, as i'm on the verge of calling Ajay again for the 4th time in a week for more parts lol
Thanks Meta

pwr window cable replacement is a painful job - it took me several attempts to get it working - the following might be useful: http://www.miata.net/garage/window.html
