I know nothing other than what I just watched on you tube. I'm guessing it is a paint protection system?...maybe two pack. If so I would just stick to the likes of auto glym, or Meguiars. I perfer polishing the car a few times a year as it allows me to get up close and personal....helps spot imperfections/stone chips or other nasties.

Opti coat is a synthetic sealant.
basically it works the same as a wax, except it lasts longer.

the main thing with these sealants is that they are VERY dependant on a perfect surface underneath to adhere to. If it's not 100% you may end up with only a portion of the time it stays on.

personally I'd be going for Optimum Car Wax (OCW) if I were you, it's much cheaper and lasts a fair while (i get up to 3 months from 2 coats, about 1 from a single coat)
also much simpler application for a normal person (ie: not a car detailer)

OCW is a good wax, but being mostly synthetic can look a bit sterile.

Natural waxes tend to give a warmer glow to the paint (espcially in sunlight after application as they soften and level out), but the tradeoff is longevity.

Sythetic waxes last much longer but dont have the warmth of naturals.

think of it as comparing a desk with a French polish to one with an acrylic coat.

also remember that 95% of people won't be able to see a difference so it's really up to you.
