Re: Stuart & Lisa's MINX
Stuart took me for a spin in MINX on Saturday and the delivery of power is extremely progressive and smooth with the Haltech, no coughing or hesitations at all like on mine during hard acceleration
Definitely one of my next modz.

Re: Stuart & Lisa's MINX
Congrats on the install, it's a bugger of a job to do on your own if you've never done it before and feels like a mighty accomplishment when done.
Now you just have to figure out if you're "too low" or not

Re: Stuart & Lisa's MINX
Yep, i am too low.
Not a particularly easy job to set the height.
Needs to come up 1/2" at least.
Just went for drive. Seems pretty good, soaks up bumps well.
I heard the tyre touch the inner guard liner on one corner, so she has to come up a bit.
The TDR Splitter is on now too.

Looks hot.
If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.

:
I'm currently at 12.4" front and 12.7" rear (measured this tonight) on my BCs and there are a couple of speed bumps I'm still wary of. 12.5" front and 12.75"or 13" rear should be about right. Keith Tanner from FM recommends the rears be 0.5" higher than the front (between 12" and 12.5" in front) , Good-win racing recommends 0.25".
You just need to adjust the BC coilovers so that the threaded section has an additional 0.5" between the top and bottom locking rings (ie. you now know how low the car has settled on the shocks - the height of the threaded section remains fixed so changes to that section should translate directly to ride height adjustments).

Beautiful.
Might I ask where the front splitter is from?

Must be the loss of all that weight from the gunmetal paint on the original rims.
Nah, looks good Stuart. Like the splitter.

I like the look of those new rims Stuart, I prefer them to the black ones.
Very nice
