What instructions do you need dude? The only thing I can think of is how to adjust the dampening on the shocks... other than that it should be straightforward

They were clear to me. I guess the only real use was that it had suggested settings for daily use and track use. Other than that, I just put them in. As for ride height, I made a good guess (close enough to what I wanted) and then drove if for the week then dropped the front again.

The BC BR coilovers are a quality piece of kit yet they seem to have spent almost no time at all on the instructions. I just can't understand how manufacturers can expect to sell products in markets when their instructions are complete rubbish, surely they could spend the time/effort to produce decent instructions?
Given two similar products, one written in intelligible English and the other in "gobbledygook" English, which one would you buy?
I have Keith Tanner's 2 books so only need to know the specifics of the coilovers but the BC instructions are just laughable.

These Yellow Speed coilovers look INCREDIBLY similar to the BC Racing BR Series coilovers except that the BCs can adjust the rear ride height. The spring rates and fronnt height adjusting mechanism are exactly the same.

I haven't even looked at the instructions for me BC coilovers. After owning 3 different types of coilovers and installing various sets, it is second nature installing any brand.
As for BC and Yellow looking the same. It's probably the same deal a K2, G4 and K-Sport. Parts come out of the same factory, assembly and testing done in house at own manufacturers factory.

How low do these go in terms of height adjustment? Is it the same as BC Racing coilovers?

No issues from me.
I was getting some guard scrape but the wasnt the fault of the coilover On my NA I now have it sitting at the height suggested by Mania for a lowered look and it looks good and no scraping. I had mine just 10mm lower that they suggested.

i'm fitting a set of coilovers in the not too distant future and wouldnt mind a few tips on removal of standard and refit...

I was just speaking to David @ Mania about these two weeks ago and he has since fitted them to "Goldie" - his NB8A racer to try out. Apparently these fitted has made him 1-2 seconds quicker around wakefield.

It is easy once you know how. I had never swapped out suspension bits on a MX5 before but being a mechanic in a past life helps.
Common sense and leverage are 2 key things. I only undid what I felt I needed to and I put the car on stands and used the jack to help me put things back together. Split the top ball joint properly and undo the sway bar to allow the front suspension to drop. At the rear was where I used said leverage.
Those are my basic tips outside what the manual will say to do. Enjoy

This is the "Long-bolt" method which I used. Unfortunately there is no picture of this long bolt in Step 8 of the site above but it's obvious since its under the from wheel arch at the top.
Regarding this step:
8. Remove the upper control arm bolt. This is a really long bolt that connects your upper control arm to the frame. You will need a 21 mm socket and a 21 mm wrench to complete this task. Once you have the nut off, you can push the LONG bolt out of the upper control arm and frame. If the LONG bolt appears to be stuck and does not want to come out, refer back to step 6. Many times, the sway bar bolts just need to be backed out a little farther
You slide the long bolt foward (to front of the car). On the passenger side, my long bolt was stuck fast and I ended up using steel rod inserts and a rubber hammer to knock it through. The driver's side slid out easily. I should have referred to the comment in "Step 6".
