Roof leaks

I have had some trouble with the sealing between the windows and the soft top, I have tried to adjust windows so they close tighter to the rubber but to no avail. I recently bought a hardtop thinking that this might sort the problem out but it hasn't. There must be some tips out there as I am confident I'm not the only person who has had this issue.
